Chef Patrick, formerly of the Ritz Paris and Royal Monceau, crafts dishes like steak tartare, Saint Pierre with saffron sauce, and seafood bisques. The space transforms throughout the day — from elegant lunch service to afterwork tapas and cocktails, through to late-night lounge with DJ sets. Thursday is dedicated DJ Guest night. Open until 2am daily.
